Ironically, for a phone network, EE has proven itself time and again to be incapable of actually communicating well with it’s millions of customers.
What I’m saying is that generally, if you tweet EE with a problem, they’re actually usually quite good at tweeting you back with suggestions within a couple of hours, or they’ll follow you and then they can do a nice direct message conversation to resolve it.
However, this keeps happening on my timeline.
